Register NOW!! 4-Week Speed, Agility & Quickness Training for softball players age 12-16.
Softball is both a linear and multidirectional sport. An athlete needs to be able to change directions quickly and move as fast as possible in multiple directions while on defense, and accelerate/sprint 60 feet on the base path. This class will focus on the following: · Explosive speed and power training, scientific conditioning for softball players, speed, agility & quickness training. *Instruction on the proper use of ladders, hurdles, power chutes, jump ropes, reaction balls, agility cones, dot drills and more!!
